To our Patients,

At Alpine Physical Therapy, we are doing our best to navigate the rapidly changing environment that the coronavirus pandemic is creating. Our priorities lie in the continued health and safety of our patients, staff and the central Oregon community.

Our clinics continue to maintain the highest standard of cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, equipment and tools, using cleaning agents that are designed to address bacterial and viral pathogens, including the novel coronavirus that is causing Covid-19.

We are currently open for direct patient care at both our east and westside clinics. To ensure patient safety your therapist will be wearing the appropriate PPE.

We ask that any patient that has any cold or flu symptoms, including cough, temperature, or shortness of breath, cancel any scheduled physical therapy appointment(s). Our staff has been asked to follow the same guidelines, and should they exhibit any of those symptoms will be advised to also stay home.

For those patients that do attend Physical Therapy, we ask that upon entering the clinic you either use the hand sanitizer provided or wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.

Our goal is to maintain the 6 feet social distancing at our clinic while awaiting your scheduled appointment, so we have adjusted our seating in our lobby, and are also offering text or call waiting in your vehicle as an option. Text or call us at 541-382-5500 upon your arrival to let us know you are waiting in your car, and a staff member will notify you when they are ready to begin treatment.

Telehealth is an option for both new evaluations and current patients. Appointments are typically 15-30 min and can be performed from the comfort/safety of your own home. If you are interested please call our front office to request.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this uncertain time,we hope to be running at full capacity again as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. Until then we will continue to assess the fluid nature of this crisis and adjust our response and availability as appropriate. In the meantime,if you want would like any more information about Coronavirus and Covid-19, the CDC is a great resource. Their website is www.cdc.gov.

Yours in health,
The staff at Alpine Physical Therapy
