Utilizing state of the art MedX equipment in the Alpine gym allows me to train even the most sensitive bodies with precision and care. I will identify imbalances and weaknesses in order to design a program to improve your functional strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and performance.”

“My specialties include the mindful reintegration of exercise after surgery or injury, improved efficiency in endurance sports, injury prevention, as well as improving balance and strength in mature adults. My passion for exercise and wellness is apparent in my training style. I strive to make every training session not only effective, but fun and invigorating.
